5-Year Workmanship Warranty Certificate

This certificate confirms that RAM Restoration provides a Five (5) Year Workmanship Warranty on qualifying restoration and reconstruction services. All covered work is performed in accordance with the approved scope of work and is intended to meet or exceed applicable local building codes, the guidelines and recommendations established by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and relevant product manufacturer installation requirements, where applicable.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in workmanship directly attributable to RAM Restoration’s labor for five (5) years from the date of project completion.
Standards of Construction
- Trained and qualified technicians
- Approved materials and methods appropriate to the approved scope of work
- Practices consistent with NAHB construction performance guidelines, manufacturer requirements, and applicable building codes
Exclusions & Limitations
- Normal wear and tear
- Manufacturer defects
- Abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
- Acts of God or environmental conditions
- Pre-existing conditions outside original scope of work
Warranty Claim Process
Claims must be submitted in writing within a reasonable time after discovery. RAM Restoration reserves the right to inspect and, if applicable, remedy covered workmanship issues. This certificate is not transferable and does not extend beyond workmanship performed by RAM Restoration.
